Entry Level Building Material Sales opportunity

James Hardie’s Sales Rep, positions the company’s value proposition and whole-product solution of Hardiebacker and fiber-cement siding to The Home Depot stores and their contractor/builder base.

The best Sales Reps work to strategically target potential customers at these stores to generate and grow new business by building and enhancing strong customer relationships and becoming a strong business partner. Among the customer base you will build partnerships with individual independent contractors and store associates. They will develop strong product knowledge to influence the market share of customers and associates about the product, features, and

You will...
- Conduct In-store set ups
- Perform product demos
- Conduct in-store product knowledge training
- Identify sales opportunities and grow new business
- Grow contractor/builder base
- Generate leads
- Enhance strong customer relationships with the contractor base and store management staff

This position is a development role with expectations of promotion to an Account Representative within 6 months. A successful Sales Rep will have learned our sales process and account management with the proven ability to deliver results and the motivation for career advancement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or within 4 months of completing a Bachelor’s Degree
- A valid driver's license and car
- Ability to work mornings (7AM-10AM) and weekends, as business need deems appropriate
