Job Description:
Position Summary
The Internal Reporting Analyst is a member of the Corporate Finance department, which is one of several centers of excellence supporting the Group Controller. The Internal Reporting Analyst assists in the monthly consolidation and preparation of accurate and timely internal management reports and deliverables. In executing the responsibilities required of this position, the Internal Reporting Analyst interacts with a variety of accounting and finance personnel throughout the Company spanning multiple jurisdictions across the globe. The Internal Reporting Analyst reports to the Internal Reporting Manager.

Position Responsibilities
Assists the corporate finance team to meet consolidation and internal reporting requirements by:

- Coordinating with US, Australian, New Zealand, Philippines, European and other finance/accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data is provided in support of the consolidation, management reports, and financial statements;
- Preparing and posting relevant consolidating journal entries in conformity with US GAAP;
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports;
- Assisting with the consolidation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
- Liaising with external auditors to ensure auditor information requests are provided in a timely fashion;
- Ensuring quality and data integrity in the financial information and reporting deliverables provided to senior management and other internal users of financial information
- Performing analytical procedures on consolidated financial statement results and forecasts, providing senior management with valuable insight regarding financial results.

Decision Making:
The Internal Reporting Analyst makes decisions in his/her capacity as a member of the Corporate Finance team to ensure accounting issues are identified, communicated and resolved in a timely manner, and that ideas are shared and solutions are proposed to improve business processes, controls and procedures.

Supervisory/Lead

Responsibilities:
The Internal Reporting Analyst has no direct reports.

Scope of Position:
The Internal Reporting Analyst interacts with a variety of accounting and finance personnel throughout the Company spanning multiple jurisdictions across the globe, including Europe, Asia Pacific and United States, with the primary objective of ensuring the integrity of financial information in accordance with US GAAP.
Position Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Required:

- Understands US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Demonstrates proficiency in researching accounting guidance and interpreting accounting standards to form a view.
- Strong analytical skills, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to engage with other team members in addressing a variety of accounting, reporting and business issues.
- An energetic, hands-on individual with a strong bias for action, someone who commits himself/herself fully to stretch goals, is receptive to ongoing coaching and development and who is dedicated to delivering outstanding results.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet reporting deadlines. A highly motivated team player that contributes to an atmosphere in which people work together to produce outstanding results.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. A good listener with outstanding interpersonal qualities and can present his/her views in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ability to embrace step-change in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment.

- Ability to travel (<10%)

Education/Experience:
Required:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
- 3 + years of accounting experience
- CPA license or CPA candidate (preferred)
- Experience working with BPC (preferred)
- Public accounting experience (preferred)
