As an Entry Level Engineer reporting to the Department Manager, you will engulf on a 2 year rotational program where you will develop working experience in and develop key working relationships with fundamental departments at James Hardie. The Engineer Development Program is designed to provide employees with broad exposure to our company through rotations in various roles, including Raw Material Engineering, Process Engineering, and Supervision.
During the course of your development you will have an opportunity to learn the manufacturing process by rotating through the various machine operations. You will spend time as a raw materials engineer, where you will spend the majority of your time planning, managing, and organizing the flow of raw materials, as well as getting opportunities to improve the efficiency of the manufacturing process and manage small capital while learning to be a process engineer. Your final year will be spent focused on either the leadership or technical track.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, industrial, paper science)
- 1 internship or co-op in a high-speed manufacturing environment (preferred, but not required)
