James Hardie is looking for sales minded college graduates to add to our growing field marketing team. We want people who are passionate about people, upbeat and love to socialize. Our unique marketing model involves getting out of the office and into the field to promote our brand, generate leads, schedule appointments, and support the contractors that sell our premiere products. Our Outside Sales Trainees are called Hardie Ambassadors. They spend the majority of their time engaging with prospective customers at events, home shows, and neighborhood targeting.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must be bright, hardworking, driven and strong problem solvers
- 0-3 years of sales, customer service, and/or field marketing experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Valid driver’ s license
- Ability to travel and work a flexible schedule that will include weekends (using company vehicle)
