The Sales Representative Trainee is responsible for positioning the company’s value proposition and whole-product solution of Hardiebacker and fiber-cement siding to The Home Depot and Lowes stores and their contractor/builder base. This role is part of a training program, so please be aware that the assigned location after the 3-6 month training can change. The ideal candidate would be flexible to relocation.
The best Sales Rep Trainees work to strategically target potential customers at these stores to generate and grow new business by building and enhancing strong customer relationships and becoming a strong business partner. They will develop strong product knowledge to influence the market share and educate the store associates about the product, features, and

This position is a development role with expectations of promotion to an Account Representative within 6 months. A successful Sales Rep Trainee will have learned our sales process and account management, and they will possess the ability to deliver results and the motivation for career advancement.
